I bring to life all mahlimae's creations by hand therefore no two items are identical. Please remember the inherent beauty of a handmade product lies in the unique nature of its form, so if ordering a custom item please take this into account. Colouring may vary slightly from screen to product due to computer monitor settings.
Customer service is really important to me so please feel free to contact me at any time with your thoughts or enquiries and I will endevour to get back to you as soon as possible!

Once I receive the funds I'll check off the invoice as paid and ship your order within 2-3 business days.
Sorry, if payment is not received within the specified time frame, your order will be cancelled unless you've made other arrangements with me. The item is then free to be re-listed.
Purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional costs are applicable prior to purchasing.
Items shipped are always by air mail.

Sorry, I cannot be held responsible for packages the mailman has lost or a neighbour has misplaced! If you'd like shipping insurance/registered post, please note this is an additional cost and you will need to let me know in the comments in check-out, we can sort out the details thereafter.
