MairzyDozy Original Hair Forks are hand-crafted with great care and attention to detail to ensure a strong hold, smooth snag free surface, and ease of use. Surprisingly light weight for all-day use, they are a practical and beautiful accessory for many hair lengths and types.
Production of each hair fork or hair stick begins with a length of round metal wire. Each piece is hand-shaped and hammered and will spend 12 hours in a tumbler for smoothing and polishing. When this is complete, the tips of each piece are meticulously sanded and polished to a perfect smooth point with a final hand-polish for gleaming perfection. Our Special Occasion & Designer line hair forks continue their journey with the application of focal stones, intricate wire wrapping and beadwork, or textiles.

MairzyDozy, LLC is managed by sisters Dawn and Marie. The designs featured in our shop are handmade by us with great attention to detail. A little about us... We both work full time jobs outside of our MairzyDozy business. Marie is an Insurance Agent, and Dawn is an Office Manager and Notary Public. We have children of varying ages who delight our life, keep us crazy and sane all at the same time, and who we are grooming to be metal-working apprentices and future entrepreneurs.
