▲2. How long will it take for my order to be created?
Please note the current turn-around time is 5-7 *business days (*Sundays & Holidays don't apply) for your order to be processed and created! WHY? ▲3. Will you email me when my order ships out?
Yes, I will send you an email as soon as your order ships and it will include a tracking # for your package.

▲4. Will you send me a tracking# to track my shipment?
Yes, please refer to #3.

▲5. I am an International customer, will I also receive a tracking#?
International customers: your tracking# will only track your package in the United States, once your package leaves the USA soil, you will not be able to track it anymore unless you requested "registered mail" for an additional charge.

▲6. How long will delivery take?
US customers: I ship out all my packages via USPS, First Class, Small Parcel which can take anywhere from 2-7days to arrive depending on the state/location and your local post office.
International Customers: I ship USPS First Class where delivery takes anywhere from 2-8weeks depending on the handling methods of the CUSTOMS facilities your package passes through.

▲7. Can I upgrade my shipping to Priority Mail that is faster?
Yes, write that request to upgrade your shipping for an additional charge in the "note to seller" box at check-out and I'll follow-up. (don't rely on emails/messages! write it in the note to seller to guarantee I see it!)▲ write "UPGRADE ME TO PRIORITY AT ADDITIONAL CHARGE" in the "note to seller" box at check-out & I will send you an separate invoice via PayPal for the upgrade price difference. That is the only way to ensure I see it, sending me messages won't guarantee I see your message by the time I ship your order, it makes it a sure thing if you just write it in the "note to seller box" at check-out so i can print it with your invoice! Thank you!

▲8. Do you know anyone personally at the post-office that can tell me why my package hasn't arrived?
No, sadly I do not, I really wish I had a cousin or uncle that worked at the post-office and could provide me with the handling Intel or something.. so I only have the information you have, which is the tracking# I emailed you.

▲9. Is there a team that works on the orders?
No, it is just Desiree (points to self), I hand-cut the metal, hand stamp each piece letter by letter, package it, ship it, everything-- one-woman operation.

▲10. I have allergies, will my package have pet dander or smell like smoke?
All of the items in the Mano y Metal shop are handcrafted by me from start to finish with lots o' love♥ in a smoke-free and pet-free home studio.

▲11. Can you read minds?
As much as I crave that ability, No, I cannot.

▲12. Do you hand-stamp on the back of your items?
Only the Tie clips, money clips & bookmarks. Let me elaborate:
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of the dog tags? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of any of your bracelets? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of the earrings? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of the rings or double-finger rings? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of the necklaces? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back(reverse, inside) of the keychains? No.
Do you hand-stamp on the back of the bookmarks? Yes. Only on the back flap where it bends over.
Do you hand-stamp on the back of the money clips? Yes, on the back-side I do (not the inside).
Do you hand-stamp on the back of the tie clips? Yes, on the back I do (not on the inside).

▲13. I live in Chicago, can you drop off my order to my house? No.
What about if we meet half-way? No.
Can you give me your home address so I can go to your house and pick up my order? No.

▲14. Do you sell you items in boutiques on consignment or wholesale?
I do, but I am not accepting any additional consignment contracts or wholesale orders at the moment. But thank you for your interest!

▲15. Do you pack a punch since you use a hammer everyday?
Oh yea, I do. I've been told I am freakishly strong.

▲16. Does your wrist and arm hurt from hammering all day?
Yes, sometimes it does and I have to take a day or two off to rest it.
