Interior designer turned Glass Artist turned Multi Media Artist!

I came to be a maker by first being a designer. Almost ten years ago I was a practicing residential Interior designer but yearned for a more creative outlet to express all of the ideas that were filling my sketch book. My solution was to completely change my path and go back to school to study crafts and design with a focus on glass. As it turns out I loved it! Being a maker is the most amazing thing because you can dream of something, design it, and then make it! I have since even branched out from glass and use other materials such as polymer clay, cold porcelain and even recycled materials.
