Welcome! Please email me with any questions . I'm sure we can work it all out together! With regard to rug designs, a close-up of a particular part of a design might help alot, so please ask!

Payment

I accept PayPal.
I charge sales tax on Washington State orders.

Shipping

I ship free throughout the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please convo for shipping costs.
I provide you with FREE SHIPPING!
I will send your order as soon as I have received your payment.
I will send your order within one week unless I have it in stock, whereas I will send it immediately.
I include delivery confirmation in my Free Shipping.
I ship with USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail for my booklets.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email me if you are not happy, so we can talk it over. You may return your purchase, with prior permission from me, if it is unused, and in its original state. Once I receive it and find it to be in original condition, I will refund your purchase via PayPal. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
