Announcement    Hi, I'm Judy Matechuk and I'd like to share my unique Yukon art. The Yukon, in Canada's far northwestern corner, has only 42,000 inhabitants but is 20% larger in land mass than California.
I am originally from Nova Scotia, but moved here for a year and found my true home.
I married and had a family so with kids and businesses I didn't have much time for art.
I started out with fabric art then added sandblasted glass and laser work.
When my son took some amazing northern lights photos, I started designing and printing jewelry, cutting boards, bibs. belt buckles, place mats, tiles and many other items. I hand cut and custom make many earring shapes and love having them shared all over the world.

I am lucky enough to see the Aurora out my window in the winter so I wanted to share with those not as fortunate.
My challenge is to condense vast panoramas into small pieces of art so that others can taste what we enjoy!
Check out my website www.matechuk.etsy.com and facebook page http://bit.ly/2maXRRa.
I collaborate with my daughter on some items so check our her shop prettyneatyukon.etsy.com

If you don't see something listed, please ask!
