Maui Dive Girl Designs jewelry is made from quality beads and natural gemstones. These may vary slightly in color and shape, due to their natural origin. They may also feature natural inclusion. I try and pick the best matching beads in color and size when used in pair or multiple bead design.

Payment

***PAYMENT METHODS***
I only accept paypal for payment.
Payment is expected within 3 days after purchasing.

***SHIPPING INFORMATION***
I ship all packages within 3 business days after receiving payment.

Shipping

Items are shipped by the following methods:
USA – USPS First Class Mail
Everywhere Else - USPS

If you would like a package sent by another method and would like tracking or insurance please contact me for more information.

Please remember that I am shipping from Hawaii, which usually arrives in 3-5 business days, but sometimes can take up to a week , so please be patient.

Refunds and Exchanges

Bracelets, rings and necklaces may be returned in new, undamaged condition for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error the items has broken in shipping. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me. Please package your return carefully. If you are returning an order, please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange in a timely fashion.

Please note that all wholesale purchases are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

All sales are final for custom orders or orders with custom sizing or special requests.
