I only accept PayPal payments and payment is due within 48 hours of your purchase. If not paid, appropiate feedback will be left and your order cancelled.
I ship all jewelry via first class mail with delivery confirmation number. I you want to insure your item (Highly recomended) please add $1.50 for up to $40.00 of insurance.
Insurance is included on purchases of more than $40.00
International shipping (not to Mexico or South America)
I ship first class mail international wich does not included insurance or tracking, If you want insurance please convo me and I will send you a correct invoice with the priority mail rate included. If you leave the shipping as first class you will be accpting the risks of not having insurance or tracking available.
Your Paypal address MUST be one I ship to. Please ensure it matches your orders shipping address.
All jewelry will be shipped in a gift box with bow, perfectly protected for the transit.
I ship within 2 days of your purchase, unless there is a holiday or I'm out of town, etc. I will notify it it will be longer than 3 days. I you need something on an urgent basis convo me before you buy and I will make every effort to accomodate your needs. I reserve my rights to not ship to some places.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund and exchanges will only be done if item is received damage,please contact me immidiatley if this occur.Items need to be received within 7 days for refund or exchange to be accepted. Please be sure I want the best for my customers, is because I have special care to craft and shipp every piece of my jewelry.
