Thanks for stopping by our shop! We hope you enjoy looking over our wares and can find something that pleases your fancy.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All photographs are taken in natural light as I believe that will give you the most honest idea of the glaze colors, and all measurements are described in either volume or dimension.
If you are not completely satisfied with your piece please let us know and we will gladly accept a return and refund the purchase price (buyer pays return shipping) upon safe receipt of the item.
We prefer PayPal, but can make special arrangement for a personal check or money order if necessary. Direct checkout through credit card is also accepted but more difficult clerically because the funds are held up in transfer for three to five days. If you don't have a particular preference between PayPal and credit card please choose PayPal. Thank you!
Items need to be paid for when purchased unless other arrangements have been made (payment by check or money order). Payment by check or money order is expected to be prompt, within a week of the sale date. If payment is NOT made the item will be re-listed within 24 hours and a report made to Etsy to cancel the sale.
If you are having trouble with the Etsy checkout process please contact me right away so we can make other payment arrangements .
Sales Tax- I pay CT. sales tax for CT. customers.
All purchases are sent via USPS Priority Mail, orders placed after 11:00 am EST are shipped on the next weekday.
We DO use the hated bubble wrap to prevent breakage and lighten the load for shipping costs. Our bubble wrap is recycled, we encourage you to do the same. Perhaps donate it to a local artisan who can use it !
We appreciate all our international visitors but we don't currently offer international shipping, the 'carbon cost' is just too high and the process of going through so many hands makes the chances of breakage much too great.
Also Priority International does not offer the ability to track the parcel, which I think is a vital service for both you and I.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are offered with-
1.notice of a problem within 6 days of receipt.
2.the safe return of the item.
3. buyer pays return postage if the return is due to their change of mind, in which case
the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. refunds due to breakage in transit require clear photo evidence, or return of item.
5. in all cases please contact us by email as soon as you realize a problem.
Additional Policies and FAQs
You can order an items we carry in a different glaze , except the verdigris green glaze which isn't suitable for mugs due to it's matte porous nature that will become stained by coffee and tea.
We are not currently offering custom work. We try to offer new and interesting items with ever-changing variety, hopefully one of these will suit your purposes.
