What you see is what you get .... (I hope)
I have been doing this for many years and I would like to believe that all of my prints will come out exactly as you see it on "your screen". But I realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case...the monitor. Please keep in mind that I work diligently to make sure that the colors you are looking at on your computer screen are as close to the original piece of artwork as possible. But all monitors are not created equal and this may lead to slight differences in the brightness or richness of what you initially see. Rest assured though, I spend quite a bit of time making sure that every print is spectacular and that I will never ship you a print that isn't 100% accurate in the color richness and clarity that I had intended.
Will you take Pesos, Yen, or Euros?......
Sure, as long as it comes through PayPal. PayPal is my preferred choice of payment and I will accept orders from anywhere in the world! With that said, please remember that I will be shipping your purchases to the shipping address listed with PayPal. Please make sure that your current address is correctly listed in your PayPal account. Because I would hate to ship your items to the wrong address and have that persons dog be the one to attack the mail man and eat your print!
Will my item be coming via Pony Express or Snail Mail?....
Pony express of course! Or the modern equivalent, which would be USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail service usually runs 2-3 days. In addition I am printing daily, so in most cases your item will ship out within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. Priority Mail service is standard for all U.S. customers.
International Customers - All packages are shipped from California, USA via First Class International Mail Service. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you would like your package sent quicker, we can gladly help with that. Please notify us before you order to let us know how quickly you need the package and we will get you a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Yeah but what if.....
Well, it happens. Maybe your dog attacks the mail man and chomps through your print before you even open it? Or it sat outside in the rain or the snow before you got to it? (Hey, it could happen?!) Or maybe you only love it 99% instead of the 110% that you did when you made your purchase? Well, don't worry about it. Just drop me a quick note and let me know what your concern is and I will do everything I can to turn that frown upside-down!
