Hello and welcome to Meg's Monsters TM!

I have been a functional ceramic artist for 17 years now. I have been experimenting the last several months. During this process I decided to include sculpture with my clay work. With a few prototypes, Meg's Monsters TM was created.

All clay monsters are wheel thrown and sculpted. Each are handpainted. Each has his or her own personality and no two are alike.

I do take custome orders for both clay and fiber monsters. Just convo me.

If you are located somewhere else in the world and want to purchase a monster, please convo me for shipping costs. I will charge only what UPS will charge me to ship to you.

Welcome

Below are my shipping and other policies. Please look at them before purchasing and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for shopping my store!

If your purchase is for a gift, I will ship directly to the recipient. Please leave a message at checkout, and provide me their name and address and a small note if want me to include one for you. I will include a note that it is from you.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. There will be no taxes charged shipping anywhere in the United States.

To cancel your order, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

I ship everything UPS ground. All orders ship insured. If you need something sooner than UPS ground provides, please let me know and I can get you information for the cost of shipping for the other services UPS provides.

Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping which includes insurance and delivery confirmation, but may also include costs associated with packaging (ceramics requires sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel).

You are welcome to convo me if you have a question about shipping costs or delivery times.

I will send an UPS tracking number when the order ships.

Refunds and Exchanges

I must be notified immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that I can report the damage to UPS.

I want you to be happy with your creation. If for some reason you are not, please convo me within 48 hours of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs.

I never make the same monster twice, if you see one that you like, but want a different color, more eyes, etc. I can make one for you.
