WHO IS MELIFERA?

I am Melissa Banigan. Under the moniker, melifera, my design work has been featured in New York Magazine's 2010 Winter issue, is talked about on many blogs and some design sites, and is currently sold in certain great Brooklyn artisan shops. Apart from my design business, my art was exhibited during the summer of 2009 in a solo show at Spacecraft New York, as well as a group show spring 2009 at Brooklyn Collective. Not bad for a girl who only decided to get her work out in the public the beginning of 2009!

I look forward to making something special for you, whether it be a family heirloom, art piece, or a band t-shirt.
