Welcome to melmuirdesigns, where you will find color saturated ceramic tiles by me, Melissa Muir Sutherland. I carve and glaze the tiles, making each piece one of a kind. When the tiles are fired, the glazes break over the carved lines exposing the rich color of the red earthenware clay. My abstract designs can be viewed and hung in any orientation.

I am happy to consider custom orders, existing designs in different colors perhaps, or repeat designs for installation. Please contact me with questions or comments, and thank you so much for visiting my shop!
