My son went to heaven at 8 weeks old so I know as a mother who lost a baby that the hurt can be unbearable. Most components are made of sterling silver, including the chains that come with the necklaces. Aluminum, a "silver-looking" metal also makes a nice piece, but at a much cheaper cost. Other chain styles and lengths are also available but prices may vary.
