At "Metro Retro Vintage" we believe in quality items, quality packing, prompt shipping, and good customer service.
Payment
* Online payment is due within 3 days of purchase.
* Mailed payment is due within 7 days of purchase.
* PayPal, Direct Checkout, Google Checkout, money orders, and checks accepted. Personal checks held 10 to 12 days.
Shipping
* Shipments are made worldwide, three times a week via USPS First Class and Priority mail.
* All jewelry and scarves ship in a gift box.
* All clothing ships Priority Mail boxed or via padded envelope, worldwide.
* Shipping costs include "full" (green label) DC tracking in U.S.
* Insurance is additional and optional.
* International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees, tariffs and other duties that may be imposed and collected by their region/country.
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to high postal thefts in France and Italy, buyers from these areas must purchase insurance in addition to shipping costs. Please convo for costs.
