Adult shorts- extra small adult fits a 22-23 1/2 inch waist, 32-34 inch hips ,
Small fits a 24-26 inch waist and 35-37 inch hips
Medium fits a 27-29 inch waist and 38-40 inch hips
Large fits 31-33 inch waist and 41-44 inch hips
Extra Large fits 35-37 inch waist and 45-47 inch hips

Girls shorts-
Size 4-21 1/2 inch waist and 23 1/2 inch hips
Size 5-22 inch waist and 24 1/2 inch hips
Size 6-22 1/2 inch waist and 25 1/2 inch hips
Size 7-23 inch waist and 27 inch hips
Size 8-23 1/2 inch waist and 28 inch hips
Size 10-24 1/2 inch waist and 30 inch hips
Size 12-25 1/2 inch waist and 32 inch hips
Size 14-26 1/2 inch waist and 34 inch hips

Leotards-Adult sizes
Small- 61 inch height, 32 inch chest, 26 inch waist, and 34 inch hips
