Welcome

Welcome to Mike Mal Fine Art and Illustration.

My goal is to provide beautiful works of art that bring passion, peace,comfort and joy. I take my work seriously, pouring over paper for hours a day. The good news is that I am generally my worst critic and work doesn't get posted unless it stirs something in me.

I'm also here to develop strong and lasting relationships with current and future patrons, so if there is any suggestions, requests or questions that you have, please feel free to start a CONVERSATION with me. I make it my business to reply promptly.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal. Remember, you can pay with a debit or credit card on PayPal without even having an account! It's really easy. If you need help, contact me and I can generate a PayPal payment request for you.

Shipping

I will ship out your order within 5-7 business days unless there is a special request.

I offer shipping via USPS, by Priority Mail depending I provide combined shipping on multiple items to save you money. If you want expedited shipping, please contact me for rates. In addition, I’m happy to provide shipping to a separate address if you are sending a gift - just let me know.

I ship using recycled materials if possible, and offer custom packaging for gifts. Just contact me for details.

Delivery confirmation is sometimes included in the cost of shipping. Insurance is available upon request, and I do recommend it, because I’m unable to control what happens to packages once they are shipped.

USPS domestic insurance fees (as of 2/9/2010)

$1.75 fee for coverage from $0.01 to $50
$2.25 fee for coverage from $50.01 to $100
$2.75 fee for coverage from $100.01 to $200

Refunds and Exchanges

PRINTS: I treat my work with the utmost professionalism and guarantee satisfaction on all prints. This means you will receive a good product without uneven cropping, crooked printing, or noticeable marks or blemishes due to a printing error.

I document all prints before shipping to ensure quality. If, however, you believe there is an error in printing, please contact me asap, (within one week of reciept.) If i have been negligent I will issue a refund or replacement print upon receipt of the returned print.

If you order multiple prints of the same item, minor differences may be noticeable. This is common and not considered and error in printing.

ORIGINAL ART: Please not that often times original art will also appear mildly different form prints and images on the web when viewed in different environments with different lighting. I do not offer refunds on original art, but will make exceptions in rare circumstances.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ARTWORK: I am always interested in custom illustrations and fine art, so if you have a specific image in mind, don't hesitate to contact me. Custom art usually takes 7 business days to produce. Prices vary.
