I accept PayPal from everyone outside the Netherlands. Buyers from within the Netherlands are encouraged to use bank transfers.

I no longer offer free shipping to US customers. I am based in the Netherlands, with customers in Europe, Canada and the US, and offering free shipping to US customers means I need to raise prices for all customers, including the ones in Europe. It only seems fair that each customer just pays the normal shipping charge rather than having the US shiping charged worked into the price of the item. I hope US customers understand.

Mosaics are heavy. I try to use light weight bases, but glass just weighs a lot. Shipping prices are set for regular speed shipping with DHL International.

The shipping prices are set correctly for one item, but for more than one item, it is difficult to estimate. If you want to buy more than one item (highly recommended!), please send me a note, and I will weight the combination and tell you the correct shipping fee.

Shipping to the US takes about 8 working days, to the UK it generally arrives within a week, but I cannot guarantee this.

If you need express shipping this is possible. It depends on the moment you place the order how fast the express shipping can take place: there is a 2 day delivery time to the US from the moment I can have it at the post office before 3 PM local time. So express orders placed on Friday afternoon would not arrive before Wednesday the next week. Express shipping to the USA costs around $ 75 for a single item, $ 100 for a package with two items. Express shipping to other locations varies with distance and most Western European countries are around $ 50 for a single item. Anyway, for express shipping, please convo me for the expected time and cost.

I take extreme care to wrap items carefully in layers of bubble wrap and a sturdy box. If the base is ceramic (which I rarely use), I even double pack.

I am happy to do commissions. I have done some wonderful commissions producing entirely new items based on a general request. And I have done commissions replicating an item already sold.
It can difficult for me to reproduce an item that already sold, in the exact way. I may not have a similar base, and also may no longer have that particular type of glass. I can usually make something similar.
