Flat rate envelope - US $5.05/Canada $19.95/All other countries $23.95
Please also note that this affects all mail (not just priority) - for example, 3 oz. packages to Canada and other locations are going up substantially (this is the weight of a FQ package). A 3 oz. package to Canada is now $6.91, and to the UK is $8.88.
