The original illustrations at LITTLEPRESS stem from my need to create pretty things with a tongue-in-cheek touch of tomfoolery. Letterpress is the medium of choice because it allows me to physically generate each reproduction, achieving a tactile interaction between impression, ink and paper.
These letterpress prints are pulled by hand on either a Golding Improved Pearl or a Kelsey Excelsior Table Top Printing Press. Each edition is firmly stamped with varying degrees of impression. They are hand-numbered, signed, and matted in Cranes board. All materials are archival.
