monatao's Shop Policies
Since I was very young I tried to draw dresses, accesories and whatever and tried to do them. I always wanted to wear what I had in mind.
The same happens with home decoration, I try to do forniture, recycle and give to a thing another use you cannot't expect.
That's why I decided to sell here in Etsy.
As I always make gifts for my friends they told me that I should start seriously to consider a shop by my own, so they encourage me to do it. And here I am!
I like to have a personal and friendly shop and am here to answer any questions you have, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need some help or have any question.
I accept payment through Paypal.
Payment is expected to be as immediate as possible (3 days) but if there's any problem, please keep me informed, and I will see what to do. Once I receive a Notification of Payment from Paypal I ship the item.
If you need your product for particular date, please tell me that before, so I'll check if it's possible and what mail, haulier or whatever is the most appropiate to use and.
If you would prefer to pay via direct money transfer then please contact me for my bank details and don't forget to write down your name as reference, we shoul arrange details by e mail before payment is done.

As soon as your payment is cleared, your item will be despatched between one or three days depending the item.
In most of the countries normal delivery takes between one or two weeks.
Shipments to EEUU take between one or four weeks (normally 15/20 days) However we could discuss it by mail if it's necessary to deliver in a special time.
Please note that your item will automatically be despatched to your ETSY address. If you require shipping to an alternative address please let me know as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please ensure to check and inform me the measurements you need before making you purchase.All measurements are approximate as each item is individually handmade, but you can ask me for a special measurement.
Please note that colours may vary on different screens.
I am confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if not, I am open to excanges, refunds, whatever works best in each specific case.
In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
In the case of an exchange, the shipping back to me will be on your responsability and I will resend the new or adjusted item at my expence.
If you wish to receive a refund or have a problem with your product you must contact me within 48 hours from receipt of your item so I can advise you of the return procedure. I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product that occurs after this period.
If an item is not received by customer and it return to me, the customer will assume the cost of shipping it again to customer's destination.
If after 30 days of receiving the item and contacting the customer I don't have an answer of the customer this item will be listed again and there will be no refund.
Please note that I do not offer refunds on sale or reduced items.
