***{My 2-cents of advice} There are many *copycats* out there. Who take ideas, pictures, and try to pass them off as their own. All of my products are designed and made by me. You will receive what you see pictured...the same quality, materials, and design. My customers tell me my products look even better in person. I know that people say *imitation* is the best form of flattery, but I have admit sometimes it hurts and gets a little frustrating since I spend hours thinking of new designs to bring something fresh to the marketplace. I also spend hours researching for the best materials and supplies. Just remember, when you order a product from me...I will not send you a product unless I would use it in my own home or give as a gift. I also stand behind my products 110%. If you are not happy... I will work with you to find a solution. Remember...I am a consumer too and I feel customer service should be a top priority.***
