We ship within 2 business days of your order, unless there is an announcement posted here indicating otherwise.

For our necklaces, we offer 16" and 18" inch chains. If you don't mention a size in your order, we'll ship with a 16". If you need a longer chain (20" or 24"), we can get them for you at no additional charge, though they are slightly wider than our standard chains and it will take up to a week for us to receive them. Convo us for details.
