My preferred method of payment is Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you can easily use your credit card through the paypal website without creating an account. Here is a link that will show you how:
I accept money orders and personal checks but keep in mind I can't ship your items until your payment clears.
I ship your order Mon.-Sat. via USPS. ***PLEASE be aware that if you are ordering internationally that it is possible that your package may take over a month to reach you, depending on where you are located. This wait is usually due to customs. If you need your order sooner, please contact me to discuss express shipping options and prices***.
The USPS has released their shipping times for a Dec. 24th 2013 delivery date.
USPS For Dec. 24th delivery:
Ship by Dec. 20th for First Class mail
Ship by Dec. 21st for Priority Mail
Ship by Dec. 23th for Priority Mail Express
These dates apply to Continental United States shipping only.
Please allow up to 14 days for your package to arrive. International orders will some times take up to a full month to arrive.
Customs can sometimes take a little while getting through things. If you would like delivery confirmation/tracking/insurance, please contact me regarding pricing. These are not included in the regular shipping fee. I recommend that you purchase insurance as it is the only way you will be covered if your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail.

I ship to the address you gave to etsy during the etsy checkout (Not your PayPal billing address.)
If this is a gift please let me know at Check Out so I can leave out the price information.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your new piece of wearable artwork. If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact me to discuss the situation within three days of receipt. I am more than willing to return/exchange the item in it's unworn and original condition. When refunds are issued, they are minus the S&H cost.
If something arrives to you broken or breaks suddenly, I am happy to either refund your money or make the repair. Please incude a photo so that I can see the damage and decide if I just need to send a new item.
Please be aware that post earrings can not be returned. It is a sanitary issue, as I can't resell them- even if you tell me you didn't wear them. If an earring is damaged during shipping I can replace them but will not issue a refund.
Custom orders are always welcome. I will work with you and send you pictures of the items before purchase. Custom orders are not returnable.
I will be happy to reserve an item for you for up to 10 days.
