Thank you for viewing my photography. I have been making photographs for more than 30 years and have a wide selection of subject material which I hope will interest you. Making photographs for that long means that these images have started from film (gasp!!) and that the materials are traditional, not digital.

Black and white images are printed individually by hand in an old-fashioned wet darkroom using silver gelatin papers. They are toned in selenium and are archivally processed. Colour images are lab printed on the best quality archival papers.

While I have seen many fine quality digital prints from high-end ink jet printers, in my mind they do not hold the same magic as a traditional black and white print which actually contains silver in its chemistry. They have a sparkle and gradation which is hard to duplicate. So, you will find no ink jet prints here.
