12/28If you have an order that was placed prior to Dec 5th (my cut off for Christmas delivery) and it has not yet arrived, please drop me a convo. I believe there are 12-16 packages still unaccounted for and I am following up on those. It will take me a few days to find out if they are still in transit or missing in action. I shipped over 500 packages over a 3 week period, so there is quite a bit to sort through.

Please know that every order is important to me and I have spent years creating made to order pieces. This is our sole income and I will do everything within my power to make sure that every order is resolved.

All orders placed after Dec 5th are on my regular shop policy time frame for shipping and will be posted about 3 weeks from the date of purchase, as stated.

I am responding to convos as quickly as possible, but please allow me a day or two for me to get back to you. I was away for several days over the holidays, so there are a number of convos and emails to sift through, but I am getting to them!

Shipping time frame:
Please allow 3-3 5 weeks from the date of your cleared payment for the custom creation and shipment of your piece. (Holiday timeframes non withstanding)
