Please note the following Shipping Policies and Options:
-All orders will be sent to the address indicated on your Etsy Invoice
-All shipping rates charged are those of Canada Post
-Shipping Upgrade Options are available:
(Should you wish to upgrade to any of the listed options below please advise ASAP and a PayPal Invoice will be forwarded to you for the additional costs.)

Please also note that we quote estimated shipping times from Canada post but some packages may be delayed longer if held up in Customs so please expect some delays. Once it leaves our hands we are at the mercy of Customs and the Mail for delivery.


US MAILING ADDRESSES:
Standard Shipping: All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail: 7-18 business days with tracking

Upgraded Shipping: Express Post Mail: 4 - 9 business days with tracking – additional $20.00 will be invoiced

CANADIAN MAILING ADDRESSES:
Standard Shipping: All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited 4- 7 business days with tracking

Upgraded Shipping: Canada Post Express Post: 2 - 5 business days with tracking additional $8.00 will be invoiced

INTERNATIONAL MAILING ADDRESSES:
Standard Shipping: All packages will be shipped via Canada Post Small Package Airmail with NO TRACKING or INSURANCE 7-45 business days for delivery.

Upgraded Shipping: Express Post International: 5-18 business days WITH tracking & insurance– additional $25.00 will be invoiced.

International customers please note that unless you upgrade your shipping to express post we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages through your mail systems.
