Please do not place custom orders unless you plan to pay within the 48 hour deadline. We do not order or cut fabric until invoice is paid. To lock in a shipping date, payment must be made within 48 hours - if you need more time is needed please email us before placing the custom order.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
We ask for 2 weeks or more. We may need the extra time to get the supplies to make your item - not all fabric is on hand. We do offer a RUSH Service for order needed within 7 business days (this included the express shipping - USA Only).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM ORDERS:
Your package will ship 2-3 weeks from when you pay your invoice bill (if you need package sooner - you MUST pay for EXPRESS Shipping).

PLEASE NOTE that Basic International Shipping can take up to 30 days or less - this is not in our control.
