Welcome
We are four friends who love to CREATE! Together we have formed MunclefredART. Muncle Fred can mean anything that you want it to mean, but to us, it means creativity, friendship, joy, inspiration and love for all things creative. All items are handmade!
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. During Checkout, select paypal as your payment method. You will then be re-directed to Paypal's secure site where you can complete your payment.
Shipping
Orders ship 3-5 business days after payment (except wedding products). We will not ship items until payment is received. All items are shipped through USPS. If you would like insurance or expedited shipping, please send us a message before purchasing. We will let you know once your item has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and feel you cannot leave positive feedback, please contact us.
ALL wedding orders are final. We work with our brides and send multiple pictures throughout the process to make sure that the bride is pleased!
We want you 100% happy with your product(s). Buyer must request refund within 3 days of receiving the item. To receive the refund, the item(s) must be shipped back to Muncle Fred Art (The cost of return shipping is left up to the buyer). The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, and we must be notified of the issue before the return.
Additional Policies and FAQs
For wedding orders, allow 1-3 months before receiving your products! We love working with brides, so the extra time ensures that you will be happy with your creations!
How to care for your items:
Store in a closed container.
Keep the felt and yarn products out of wet weather conditions.
Fabric colors are shown as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that colors vary from monitor to monitor. We can send samples for a small charge!
