1 out of 5 starsIt never arrived! - I notified seller on 1/16/15 that item had not arrived. - She replied 1/25/15 that she was sending item. - I have notified 3 more tines that item has not arrived. - She has not responded!

1 out of 5 starsThe item supposedly shipped on or about November 5. I still haven't received it or the replacement that was to be mailed mid November. I messaged requesting a refund if I was not going to get the hat and still haven't received a reply. Maybe just a fluke...I don't know.

1 out of 5 starsI would not recommend buying a product from this vendor. Shipping said 3 weeks but its been 4+weeks and havent received an email with confirmation that package is on its way. I messaged Jess and she said she would look into it but havent heard anything. Even if the product is nice...I dont appreciate manipulation of delivery time. My infant will now need another hat to hold her over until this one arrives because the weather is cold =/ I also see other reviews saying 2 months before product arrived. Another week later...Jess messaged me instantly after this review and stated it was shipped a week ago at this point. I didnt receive any email confirmation. She also asked for me to remove my review and she would refund me. Not a refund in general....to remove this post. Still with no hat 5+ weeks after order.

This was a "you can't please everyone" situation. I shipped this hat 3 weeks and 4 days after it was ordered. She claims to not have received it. I offered a refund even before I knew she hadn't gotten it but she stated she wasn't interested in a refund. I try my best to please all my customers but I just couldn't make her happy. I have refunded her and hope the hat get to her eventually!
