Listen, I don't like surprises either so I make sure to put LOTS of info in the listings. PLEASE read size & measurement, AND SHIP DATE details for the item that you're purchasing. It's all in there, I promise!

As many other sellers do, I ship using USPS for all packages. Please understand that all deliveries are subject to the Terms of Use and Services policy of the USPS and NOT MyBella. Insurance is in place on all Domestic packages, therefore subject to USPS claims processing in the event of an issue. I asked if I could be in charge of the USPS so that I could guarantee delivery, but they politely declined. <--- Totally true. I asked.
Now, I just stick to making really, really cool stuff.

:ƸӜƷ: ALL ORDERS that were due on or before May 4th have shipped, UNLESS you have pending communications or details regarding your order - check your convo's! Incomplete transactions will fold into the currently posted ship date once details are finalized.

Domestic Orders - You can track your shipment through the transaction details listed with your payment information in your Paypal account. Please keep in mind though, that USPS updates tracking as best they can. Please be patient with their updates!

International Orders - Your transaction record will show you a USPS Customs # if your order has shipped. This will track your package up to the US border for First Class. If you ordered for your package to ship USPS Priority or Express, that info will also include a tracking number.

:ƸӜƷ: Wondering when YOUR order will ship? Please see your listing or MyBella transaction receipt/invoice in 'Your Etsy' for your ship date. My ship date gets pushed farther out as custom work continues to come in. YOUR ship date for your purchase is IN YOUR LISTING as you purchased it. Your custom item(s) will ship on or before that date, guaranteed, if all details have been established & provided to me here through Etsy.
