Thank you for visiting mysticpieces, I'm just tickled pink you stopped by!

If you would like a necklace shortened or lengthened, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate your wishes.

Most of my pieces are one of kind and made by me using vintage pieces that are 40 years or much older (eco friendly of course). Please note the creation you see in the photo is the one you will receive. All pieces in my store are ready to be shipped.

Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days or the order will be cancelled. Payment types received are credit cards and e-checks through Pay Pal.

Shipping

I will ship your goodie/s within 3 days after payment is received. Please note I mail Monday thru Friday. All shipments will be made through USPS first class mail in a bubble wrap envelope. Your purchase will be mailed in a gift box and ready for giving to that special person. I will e-mail you with confirmation that your Mystic Pieces creation is on its way.

Speedier delivery is available please contact me for further information.

Need a gift sent to a special person? Let me know, and a note from you with their delight will be sent to your special person.

All mailings will be sent to your Etsy address, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Exchanges

My aim is to make you happy with your purchase. If there are questions, concerns, etc. please e-mail me and I will be happy to resolve through a refund, exchange or store credit.
