MY HOURS OF OPERATION: I complete orders
Monday through Thursday 9 am – 12 noon EST.
Post office days: Monday and Thursday
Answer emails and messages on the days I am working but will try and check messages throughout the day if my children allow me too

I sometime will work at night and weekends but that is to do extra and get caught up. I only go to the Post office usually on Monday and Thursday. If you order today, your item will be shipped once complete either the next Monday or Thursday or the following week. I really do strive to have my items shipped out within the week but again can not promise. Conversation me with any questions.

PERSONALIZATION INFO:
Please make sure your information is complete when checking out. If I do not have that information, I will send messages, etc to you but that will push your order back days while I wait for response. Since I only work half days, that could push your order getting completed. If I do not get your order by Thursday morning, I will not start your order until Monday.

TURNAROUND TIME: no less than 2 weeks. I do not start on orders until payment is received.
Reason: I have 3 children, this is my part time job and I have a successful business so there is a list of orders ahead of yours. I do my best to get them out sooner than 2 weeks but in some cases it has even been 3 weeks. If this is an issue, please send me a convo before ordering. Do not put a deadline on the comment with the order. I can not promise to have before deadlines if you have not convo’d me first. Thank You for understanding. My prices are great, products are high quality. Worth the wait!

>>If you have inquired about something, please be sure to read my listings. If I have something you want that is available, please use that listing. I only make custom listings for those who order something completely different from what is on my site currently. If you have multiple items, you can put them all in the cart and checkout at the same time. It will bundle the order, combine the shipping and have all the info I need together in one order for ya. Just as simple and quicker than waiting on me to make you a custom listing.

>>I do not send a message when I receive and order. Why? Etsy sends you and me an email with the order confirmation. If I have any questions, I will contact you immediately. If I respond to every order, it takes away time from me being able to get your item to you as quick. Etsy is great about having these auto-replies for us so we can spend more time creating. It would be a shame for that to be a waste. I promise, I will contact you if there is any question. When your order is complete, your status will show on your purchased page as shipped. Etsy now has a message that goes out when I click that it shipped. So you should know when I am done with the order.

My prices are very low and I have listed items for a discount already if you order 6 or more (but that is only on selected items). I appreciate any orders but I am not interested in doing this for free, which is practically what it would be if I lowered them anymore. Sorry.
