Welcome to nancygamon.etsy.com, where you'll find lovely and unique designs for you and your home. All of these beauties are individually handmade by Nancy Gamon. I promise to deliver you quality products, and to provide you with the kind of exceptional customer service that will keep you coming back.

Payment

I'm happy to accept PayPal, credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.

Ohio residents enjoy the treat of sales tax. If you choose PayPal or credit card as your payment method, the system will automatically add it to your total, but if you choose a different payment method, you'll need to add it in yourself. If you have questions or need help, you're welcome to contact me.

Shipping

Once your payment has been successfully processed, I will ship your order the next postal day, and send you a quick email to let you know that your package is on its way. Orders are sent via First Class mail. If your total is greater than $100, the package will be insured at no additional cost to you. Need something in a hurry? Contact me for an alternate shipping method.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me prior to returning an item. If there are fit issues, kindly return the item in new, unworn condition within 30 days. I take great care in my work and am proud to guarantee all items for 1 year. Love your purchase, or return it for a full refund (including shipping). I want you to be absolutely tickled with everything you purchase from my shop.

Q: I see a something in the sold items I want. Can you make me one, too?
A: While many of my items are one-of-a-kind, there are a few things I can remake. Feel free to contact me with your request.

Q: I see something I like, but I want it in a different color/size.
A: Contact me with your request, and we'll see what we can work out.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: No. I believe in treating every customer equally.
