Shipping:
~ To offer a lower shipping cost, the jewel is not sold with in a box. It is securely wrapped in a bubble envelope. I will gladly combine free shipping for multiple objects. Items are in stock and they are shipped within 4-10 business days for United-State, 2-5 business days for Canada or 4-11 business days for everywhere else, after your order is placed and payment received. (If you want an insurance policy or a quick dispatch, let me know, a bigger fee will apply.)

Returns and exchanges:
~ I want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know within 14 days or receiving it. You may request a refund or credit provided the item returned it in the original condition and packaging. The Buyer will pay the return shipping.
