I ship first class mail, in bubblewrap mailers for small items, boxes for larger items. Each item is handwrapped by me, to ensure that it reaches you in good condition. If you have a problem with the shipping, please send me a conversation, and we'll work something out.
If you'd like to return an item, you can return it for store credit at any time, or you can send me a convo explaining your problem (with a picture, please) for a full discount. I cannot relist used items. If your item breaks, send me a convo and I will send you the cost to mail it back to me and repair it free of charge.
