I am bidding etsy a very, very fond goodbye. I have often thought that it was the right thing to do, but how do you draw the line when one more day can so easily become one more week? I have loved it here, and I am so very grateful to those of you who have made it so interesting, exciting, and meaningful to me. The shop is now closed for pattern sales, but the pattern content will be available at some point for free at www.newatnestings.blogspot.com. I feel strongly about making the content free, and already feel released to work on some new projects that have been simmering in the background for awhile now. Many thanks to all of you who make up this tremendous community!

I am bidding etsy a very, very fond goodbye. I have often thought that it was the right thing to do, but how do you draw the line when one more day can so easily become one more week? I have loved it here, and I am so very grateful to those of you who have made it so interesting, exciting, and meaningful to me. I will be open for pattern sales through midnight, January 7th, and eventually I'll be offering the tutorials in a blog-based format for free. So please only buy if you are in a hurry! PS-If you have purchased the pattern in the first few days of this year and feel cheated by the timing of this announcement, please contact me! I do not want to make anyone feel bad, but I had to choose sometime (although I thought about lowering the price by a quarter each day for 28 days...).
