PRODUCTION TIMES:

LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR FATHER'S DAY IS 6/6/12. International date has passed
Each item is handcrafted for you by me personally. As such, the current production time is 5 Business Days. Bridal party orders and beaded mother's bracelets production times are 7 to 10 Business Days. Your item will then ship after the production time and you will receive an email with the tracking # at that time to let you know your order is on its way..

NEED IT MORE QUICKLY??? Please ask because I may have one in stock and ready to go as I do try to produce ahead on most non-personalized items.

PLEASE CHECK that you have included all necessary info in "Notes to Seller" during checkout. If you have not, drop me a line in my Etsy shop by first logging onto Etsy and then contacting me directly in my shop thru the Etsy convo system. Logging onto Etsy and contacting me directly in the shop is ALWAYS the best way to reach me as doing so links the information directly to your transaction and so ensures the proper information will be cross-referenced to your item in a timely manner :)

Payment

Payment can be made through Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Just select the PayPal option and it will give you the option to pay with a credit or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account.

New Jersey residents: 7% sales tax will be added to your total sale (this includes shipping).

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Please check the estimated production times in the shop announcements http://www.etsy.com/shop/newhopebeading . This is how long the item will take to make and it will then ship once it is completed. For personalized items, so that I am able to start your item right away, PLEASE CHECK that you have included all the info asked for in the item description in the "notes to seller" during checkout. If you have not, this may delay production of your item as I can not begin work until you have provided me with all the specifics of the order :)

I ship orders by USPS First Class with a tracking number. Need that gift fast? I am happy to invoice you for an upgrade to Priority or Express Mail USPS, just let me know in the “notes to seller” and I will contact you ASAP with the shipping charge.

International Buyers please read these International Shipping Policies before ordering.
**** NOTE: The Buyer is responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and duties they may be charged by their country PLEASE check with your Postal Service before ordering. Items can NOT be marked as gift as this is illegal and a federal offense.

Some countries prohibit the importing of silver, gold and gemstone jewelry. Please check your country by clicking its name on this list http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.htm If your country does not allow silver, gold or gemstone jewelry to be sent from other countries and you have accidentally purchased I will refund you thru paypal and I am sorry but I will not be able to sell to your country :(

All other countries your items will be sent First Class International REGISTERED MAIL as many countries on the list REQUIRE my items to be sent in this fashion (see for example Canada: http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/ce_003.htm#ep6216933 and The UK http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/fh_014.htm#ep3576772 ) Also I send registered mail because the usps will open an investigation if a registered package is delayed (even though there is no tracking # per say) REGISTERED MAIL cost $11.50 on top of the regular postage so actually $14 and $15 is less than it costs me :)

PLEASE NOTE: International packages can take up to 6+ weeks to clear customs (though 3 to 4 weeks is more typical). **** PLEASE keep in mind that made-to-order items are listed with a production time so that if something says that it takes 2 weeks to make that means it will be done in 2 weeks and then your shipping time starts after that (same as domestic).

If you do not see your country listed please drop me a line and I will let you know a rate within 24 hours (because I may be asleep when you leave the message lol)

NOTE: Australian Customs restriction require me to ship silver and gemstone jewelry via International Priority Mail (non-flat rate because they require the insured kind) see here: http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/ab_012.htm#ep1572941 For this reason I no longer can ship to Australia because this type shipping is more expensive than the items and I have had too many pieces confiscated my Australian Customs when things were not shipped in this way. So I wish I could ship to you my friends "down under" but alas I can not :(

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you are happy with your purchase. So that you are happy with your purchase, it is ESSENTIAL that you read the entire item description BEFORE you place your order. I take great care to make sure the item measurements are in EVERY item description and that there is a picture on a mannequin/model in many items to show scale. Please know, however, that my mannequin/model and you may not wear the same dress size and so it is essential that you read the measurements I provide for you in each item description before you buy.

To return a non-personalized item, please contact me within seven days of receipt (as per tracking number) and you can return your item, unworn, for a refund minus shipping. Once the item received back in its original condition, the refund will be made via paypal. Package the item in the same manner it was sent and return it via USPS First Class with a tracking number to ensure items are not damaged or lost on the return trip. Shipping costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Item personalized with names as well as custom order pieces, are NOT returnable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I take great care to make sure that my photos accurately represent the colors of my jewelry, but because of changes in monitor setting and computers, colors of items pictured may vary slightly.

JEWELRY CARE:
Please remember that handcrafted jewelry (as opposed to items mass produced by machines) can be delicate and need gentle care. Store jewelry in the box in which it came or neatly in your jewelry box as opposed to the bottom of drawer or purse. As with all jewelry, it is best to remove jewelry when showering, sleeping or swimming. Remember to put jewelry on last after perfumes, lotions, and hairspray as these can damage natural stones.

Storing jewelry in a sealed plastic zipper bag will slow tarnishing. To remove tarnish, use a soft cloth and gently buff silver. Do not use chemical or ultrasonic cleaners as they can damage stones.
