Nice Hoops specializes in adult sized “hula” hoops. These aren’t what you find in toy stores! Hooping brings happiness and body awareness to everyone who tries it. It’s a great way to get into a fitness routine because you can grab your hoop and start moving anytime. You can even let go of the guilt you feel when watching reality shows because you’ll be hooping the whole time you’re watching tv!

You don’t always have to do fancy tricks to have fun with a hoop. It’s a great ab workout on its own. The smaller the hoop the faster you have to move to keep it going. A 38” diameter hoop is great for those who want just plain fun and exercise without the glamorous tricks!

A popular size for most beginners of hoop “dance” is a 42” diameter hoop and 160 psi (tube talk for pounds per square inch). A higher psi means heavier tubing. Having a slightly larger and heavier hoop will help beginners of hoop dance slow their movements to improve skill and form.

Please note that my hoops will now be shipped in large boxes and you will push your hoop's ends together when you receive it. I gently tuck the hoop's ends under itself to fit into the box, without crimping the tape. You'll know what to do when you get it. Just push it together and go!
