I have been designing children's clothing for over 20 years. I am a proud member of ETSYKIDS. I am a sewing instructer, internet fabric business owner of 11 websites, manager in a major department store and a proud Mom of two beautiful girls.

My sewing career began when I was a young girl. My two nieces, Cathy,Dawn and I designed Barbie clothes for our dolls. We each had an area of responsibility in the design process. I studied fashion design with an extensive background in children's knit fabric. Children's clothing became my favorite line and I turned my hobby into a business 21 years ago.
Nicki's rainbow was established in 1986 when Nicki was an infant. I love designing original outfits that are super cute and I do my best to sell my designs at a very reasonable price point! My embroidery is done before I construct each outfit. I do not purchase ready made sets. EVERYTHING IS HANDMADE! Contact me for special orders or requests. I love to do special orders but I need 2 weeks for completion. All orders take 2 weeks for completion and then additional shipping time unless it is from our Ready to Ship line.
I am the owner and operator of Nicki's Rainbow, kimbeez kidz and nrfabrics (with over 200 knit fabrics in stock daily and specializing in children's knit print fabrics).
