Please go over the shop policies and do contact me right away before leaving a negative feedback. I'm a small seller therefore even one negative can hugely impact my seller rating greatly. I do strive for happy customers, and I'm willing to work out any problems you may encounter when purchasing from my shop.

ABOUT MY FREE SHIPPING: All of my items in my shop have FREE additional shipping. What this means is, after one purchase with the original shipping price included, every additional item costs a total of zero dollars added to your bill. To get the free additional shipping, you must add 2 or more jewelry items to your cart and then pay when you are finished adding items to your cart. If you have any problems, questions or concerns with placing an order, please contact me and I will be glad to help you!

I ship usually between 1-3 days.
Shipping your order to Canada takes usually within a week or more and the US maximum 2 weeks. To other countries it may take a month or more. I don't know too much about international shipping speeds so please bear with me!
I am not responsible for any custom fees, they are left for the buyer. Most of my items are small and inexpensive therefore I don't think it would be an issue.
I cannot guarantee arrival of your order of any specific time (i.e. holidays, special occasions). Please order a significant amount of time beforehand, to ensure the order is received on time, or in case there is problem with your order that we can resolve together, leaving time left before the specific date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately because of high cost, most of my items don't come with tracking.
If your package is lost in the mail, you will be refunded completely. Please allow some time to see if does arrive, as it could be held at customs or taking a bit longer. If you are concerned about your package being late, please contact me and I'll work things out with you!
If your item is damaged* (see below), or not as described, you will be refunded completely.
*If item is damaged and you want a refund, I require a photograph of the damaged item, and then you will be refunded completely. If you do not have means to photograph the item, I require the item being sent back - but the cost to return it will not be refunded. Once the package is received on my end, I will refund the cost of the item plus original shipping cost.
Refunds are only made when the item is lost in transit, damaged, or not as described. Exchanges can also be made in place of the *refund (for only the conditions above) for the same or similar priced item - please inquire.

I try to list my items as accurately as possible, If you are 100% completely unhappy and unsatisfied with your order please contact me before leaving negative feedback, I will try and work things out with you. Thank you :)
Reserved Listings: If I have an item that is OOAK or only one left in stock I will be glad to hold on to it for you for up to 2 weeks. Please let me know asap so I can reserve the listing for you! Thanks!
Feedback: After you receive your item in the mail, I kindly ask of you to please leave feedback. Feedback is extremely important to my shop.
Bulk/Custom Orders: At this time I do not have the means to take on any custom or bulk orders.
