Every NinaMade bag is a unique creation. I design and sew each bag, by hand, out of "upcycled" materials that I have collected over the past thirty years. Constructed primarily from vintage fabrics, leathers, and vinyls, my bags combine contrasting textures, colors, and materials into original creations. Bags might juxtapose modern industrial materials, such as deconstructed advertising banners, with vintage bark cloth, or combine salvaged leather with contemporary comic book influenced fabric. Designs vary by shape and function, including purses, messenger, laptop, tote, diaper, and shopping bags.
