Payment must be made when item is purchased.

I only accept PAYPAL for payment! =)
Note: you don't need to open a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. You can just click the option to pay with a credit card and by-pass setting up an account!
Most of my items are MADE TO ORDER! Thus, please allow 7-10 days until your item is shipped!
(Invoices are NOT included in the packages in an effort to save time and trees!)
I ship to the ETSY address specified on the invoice! (not Paypal!)
The Etsy address YOU provided when purchasing the item, if this is incorrect or you'd like the item to be shipped elsewhere, please let me know ASAP after purchase!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Comes with tracking!
You are paying for USPS Regular (First-Class) shipping and tracking.
If you would like a particular shipping method, let me know BEFORE placing the order so that I can adjust shipping prices!
First Class delivery times are 2-7 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Comes with custom form numbers! (NO tracking!)
Customs forms are filled out with the sale price for declared value and are marked "other". The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may arise.
Please remember that international shipping can take more than 3 weeks to arrive, sometimes even up to 8 weeks due to customs, bad weather, and other circumstances!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with any of my products, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item!
I am happy to offer a full refund on any new, unused, un-washed item within 7 days. I will issue the refund when I receive the item back in good condition.
You may use the return address that's already on the package.
The refund will be for the cost of the item minus the shipping costs.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Because of the nature of this order, I CANNOT offer full refunds! I'll work closely with you, send you lots of pictures and give you detailed information, as well as ask many questions about what you'd like it to be like. If you are not happy with the end product once it arrives, I apologize! Talk to me and we can arrange a PARTIAL refund or send it back to me to alter it.
I have yet to have a customer, any customer, return an item!
Note: when returning an item, buyer is responsible for postage.

I'll be happy to send the item directly to the gift recipient- Let me know if you'd like me to include a personal message!
If you would like a CUSTOM made item, please let me know. I would love to create an item with you! Please note that because of the nature of this order, I CANNOT offer full refunds. Also, because of customers in the past, I'll now need a fraction of the payment up front, then the rest once it's finished. I apologize for the inconvenience!
