My French rolling pins are made out of medium grade bird’s-eye maple harvested in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Each rolling pin is fashioned by hand and sanded smooth. They are approximately 19 1/2 inches long and 1 3/8 inches in diameter, tapered at both ends. All are finished with two coats of food-safe mineral oil.

French rolling pins are great for rolling out dough for pizzas, pies, pastries, etc. They make wonderful gifts as well as interesting additions to your kitchen utensils.
