I love to make handmade wire wrapped jewelry. I use sea glass (also called beach glass) and beach stone in my wire wrap jewelry, as well as semiprecious stone and Swarovski crystal. I collect my seaglass / beach glass and beach stone from the shores of Lake Erie, where it is naturally polished by the waves and sand over the course of decades until it has a beautiful, gemlike quality. I never use tumbled or etched "sea glass" - that isn't sea glass! It doesn't have the beautiful patina or the aura of mystery of the real thing. I only use authentic surf-smoothed sea glass, most that I've found myself. I can't say what I like more - beachcombing to find my beach glass, making my wire wrapped jewelry, or knowing that other people appreciate my work. I hope you like wearing my wire wrap sea glass jewelry as much as I like creating it!
I am happy to take custom orders for sea glass jewelry. Convo me and I will let you know what colors of seaglass and semiprecious stones I have on hand. I've created sea glass jewelry worn by brides and bridesmaids! I am also happy to work with your sea glass to create a beautiful reminder of your time on the beach. Please send me pictures of your glass so I can help decide if it's jewelry quality so I can make beautiful jewelry for you to your order!
I ship all of my jewelry in jewelry boxes, ready to give as gifts or to gift yourself! I ship no longer than two business days after your order, usually sooner. I ship First Class mail with delivery confirmation in the U.S. If you would like me to ship Priority Mail in the U.S., I am happy to. Just convo me and I'll adjust the shipping charge to $6 for single items, more for large orders, since it's a more expensive service.
*I also have jewelry for sale at BayArts in Bay Village and Crafty Goodness in Lakewood.
