NorthStarAlpacas offers handspun alpaca yarn, alpaca roving, raw fiber, and handmade items from my own alpacas. With each sale I include a picture of the animal that donated his or her fiber as a way to honor these gentle creatures.
Some alpaca is as soft as cashmere and all is warmer and stronger than wool making it a knitter's or crocheter's dream. Besides all this, alpaca will felt to a soft, fuzzy fabric.
