--------WORKING HOURS------
M-F: 9-6 CST (usually)
S-S: no set hours; but I do work on orders throughout the weekend

Proofs are sent within 24 hours of purchasing once wording has been received.
Email your wording to: notableaffairs(!at)gmail{dot}com
Proofs are sent via ETSY messaging or email...depending on where you sent your wording. If your wording is in the "note to seller" box, your proof will be sent in an Etsy message. If you email your wording, your proof will be email replied to you.

Printing takes up to 3 days, although it's usually only 1 or 2 days (Monday - Friday only). USA orders ship via USPS with tracking provided.

1. How long does it take for proofs to be sent after purchasing? You can expect your proofs within 24 hours once you have sent your wording.

2. How long does printing take once I approve a proof? Printing takes up to 3 business days (M-F) for orders (not including wedding invitation orders). Invitations are not printed on weekends. This time frame does not include printing anything else (favor tags, thank you cards, etc.). Those extra items require longer printing times.

3. What kind of paper do you print on? I use 100lb white, matter cover cardstock. It's quite thick and very nice paper.

4. How long does it take to receive printed wedding invitations? Wedding invitations take a little bit longer to process, so please allow up to 10 business days (M-F) for printing before shipping. If you need to rush the order, there will be an extra $20 fee for rush printing, and should you need the order shipped quickly, there is another additional charge.
**PLEASE NOTE: Wedding invitations are delivered with a signature confirmation only.

5. What kind of envelopes do you carry? The only envelopes I currently offer are white or ivory.

6. Where should I print my invitations? There's a lot of options when it comes to printing:
Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, Kinkos, UPS, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Shutterfly,,, etc.

7. What kind of paper do you recommend? I recommend printing on white cardstock or photo paper. Colored paper can sometimes be tricky. If there is white in your design, you will need to print on white paper. Printers cannot print white ink, so anytime there is white in the design, you'll need to print on white paper. The printer then knows not to print anywhere there is white.

8. Can you call me so we can discuss the invitation? I currently do not have a business phone line, so I cannot make calls to customers; however, I am available via Etsy messaging and email and will respond as quickly as possible to any issues you may be experiencing.

9. Can you tell me what fonts you used on an invitation? Unfortunately, I do not reveal the fonts I use in order to protect my designs and creativity.

10. Are the files high resolution? Yes, all files I send are 300dpi.

11. Can you send blank invitations or cards so I can type all of my info on them? No, unfortunately, I do not send out blank cards, invitations, etc in order to protect my designs and creativity.

Notable Affairs reserves the right to refuse business or refund charges to rude customers. Please be respectful and kind always!
