The BEST WAY to communicate with us:
** go to your specific order and send a message through there.
** That will ensure your message isn't lost.
** All messages are then tracked directly to your order.
** Please note: There is NO other way to connect a message about an item with the order.

Reasons can include:
** canceling or changing the size only within the first 24 hours,
** change of address
** include a note for recipient.

To provide our clients hopefully a reason to still choose our shop, NOW we WILL ACCEPT cancellations within the first 24 hours and we will NOT DEDUCT any of the transaction and cancellation fees that Etsy charges Sellers.

Effective 12/1/2023:

NO RETURNS for any of our items unless it's due to an error from us or the manufacturer.

For apparel that CAN BE EXCHANGED (NO sports gear is possible to be exchanged; please see each listing to see if the vendor accepts exchanges),
** will be charged a minor return fee of the original postage (avg between $4.40-$7)
** plus 2% to partially cover the additional return fees Etsy charges us from the additional fees from the initial sale.
*** Those fees are never returned and they do charge a new additional transaction and cancelling fee to sellers.
*** With their fees continuing to increase, we had chosen to NOT hide shipping costs in the initial price of our items and have been taking the loss of over the last few years.

**** We are sincerely sorry for this change. We encourage you to please measure twice. And if your pet is still a puppy or kitten, please expect for them to outgrow your measurements, sometimes before the item even arrives.

If this process doesn't work for you, we understand. We can cancel your order, and we will refund you through Etsy, and we will cover those transaction and cancellation fees.

Effective 11/1/21, we will NO longer offer customization through our Etsy shop. For customization options, please visit our family's web shop which can be accessed by visiting: www.NotSpoiledAtAll.com. We found ourselves so busy we couldn't balance orders, messages and our health. We are in our 80's and really want to enjoy seeing happy puppies and their parents so we've limited our offerings.
