{IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOM ORDERS}

Due to a high volume of orders, the time currently needed to create your custom item(s) is approximately 20-25 business days (not including weekends) though it may be longer due to the Holiday rush. Our production timeline starts the day after you have placed and paid for your order. We usually ship on Mondays and Thursdays (though on busy weeks we may ship Mon, Wed, and Fri). If you placed your before November 6, 2009 at 12:00 PM MST, then your order will be mailed out on or before December 14th, 2009 (December 1st for U.S. orders) which is Canada Post's Holiday deadline for delivery.

For orders placed on the week of October 5-9, 2009 (our re-opening week), our production timelines may not be 100% accurate due to a very high volume of orders. Please account for extra production time. Also note that the order in which items appear as "Sold" on the first few re-opening days does not necessarily indicate the order in which they will be made and shipped.

{HOLIDAY DEADLINES}

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NO LONGER GUARANTEED FOR HOLIDAY DELIVERY. Our custom order deadline for holiday delivery was November 6, 2009 at 12:00 PM MST. For pre-made in stock items, orders for the U.S. must go out by December 1st, and orders for Canada must be shipped by December 14th. This means that all purchases for in stock items must be made by November 30, 2009 for the U.S. and December 13, 2009 for Canada.

We are a smoke free studio... all of our fabric and products are kept in a 100% smoke free environment.
