Welcome to my happy house of treats. Gluten-free* options abound and I use free-range eggs in all my baking.

Why Occasional Sweets? As my much-beloved Nanna used to say, "an occasional sweet is good for the soul!"

I've been baking cookies, cakes, lollies and chocolates for everyone I know ever since I was a kid. I bake for special events, cafes - and now I'm making them on Etsy for you! So yes, my baking is REAL. I use organic, quality ingredients, I don't use fillers or weird ingredients that require a science degree to understand them; I just use good quality ingredients with an identifiable source. This includes not using supermarket brand milk or sugar or anything else, by the way. I know for lots of people that's not a big deal, but for someone who grew up on a farm its actually quite a big deal to pay farmers what their products are worth. OK enough about my high horse.

☆ Yes, I do custom orders. Let me know exactly what you'd like and I'll put it together for you. Please allow At Least 2 weeks MINIMUM for custom orders. I prefer 2 months notice if its a wedding order as these tend to be major projects and require much more planning ☆

☆ Please note that I bake to order for you to have the freshest product possible, and that ALL requests are attended to in the order that they arrive in my inbox. If I don't have any other orders pending then your items will be completed within 24 hours, however if I am catering a wedding/have a bunch of orders already, then it may be as long as a week or more til I can get to yours. If you have a specific date that you want your items, please let me know in the notes to seller at checkout, and I'll do my best to accomodate your request. Do you have a specific date that you want delivery? I would recommend requesting an upgrade to express postage, as regular post can't guarantee a specific arrival date.
